9 neighborhood libraries of Providence
To celebrate PCL's 1st Birthday, Thursday, July 1 will be an Amnesty Day for overdue materials. Patrons can return overdue materials to any PCL location and the PCL Library Police will waive late fees.
And what's a birthday without cake? Even better, what's a birthday without 9 cakes? There will be celebrations the afternoon of July 1 at each neighborhood library, with simultaneous cutting of birthday cakes at 4:30 at your neighborhood library.
Cost: FREE!
