PCL is proud to partner with Providence Children's Film Festival (PCFF) and offer three festival library events. PCL shares PCFF's mission and vision that all youth deserve access to great visual stories that delight and challenge as well as opportunities to develop the skills to be their own creative media makers. These workshops and screenings help to fulfill those aims.
