"A Trip Down Memory Lane: The Benefits of Reminiscence for Older Adults" presented by Social Worker Saul Richman.
In this interactive program participants will have a chance to reminisce and Saul will discuss the functions of reminiscence, the life review process, and how wisdom and values can be passed on and problems can be solved through this important and meaningful process.
Free and open to the public. Recommended for older aduls.
This program immediately follows our monthly "Taste of Fiction" Book Club Meeting which starts at 10:30am. Please use the side entrance to come to the library for this program (the front entrance does not open to the public until 12 noon.)
