RI House of Representatives Donation to PCL
On behalf of PCL, I wish to thank Speaker Gordon Fox and the members of the House of Representatives for their generous $15,000 donation to our nine libraries. I would also like to thank Representatives Blazejewski, Slater, and Williams for taking time out of their busy schedules to celebrate this event with us.
I also want to thank Senators Goodwin, Jabour, Metts, Perry, Pichardo and Ruggerio for the critical legislative grants that they have made these past two years for the neighborhood libraries in their districts.
We are constantly awed and inspired by the show of dedication and support we receive from our community. And what better way to show our thanks than by making use of these funds to improve the collections that you use at our libraries every day? Thank you!
