Meeting Room Request

Please complete this form to request a room for an event. NOTE: This form is the ONLY way to request one of our rooms.

  • These rooms are for non-commercial purposes and are open to organizations or individuals engaged in educational, cultural, intellectual, civic or charitable activities.
  • Events can only be scheduled up to 3 months in advance and approval is subject to availability.
  • Please check our room list and current bookings as well as location hours & holiday closings before submitting your request.
  • Hours are listed on the room list and current bookings pages.
  • You must agree to our Meeting Room Policy.
  • Submitting a form does not guarantee a reservation. Library staff will confirm/deny your reservation within 5 business days.
  • Room requests cannot be made for dates and times that the library is closed to the public. Please check our hours of operation.
  • You will receive an email once your request has been successfully committed. Please check your inbox.

Make sure you select the same date for both date fields and include start AND end time. End time must be 15 minutes before the library closes. Empty 'End date' values will use the 'Start date' values.
