Amnesty Week, April 11-16

For One Week, Your Overdue Fines Will Be Forgiven! And we want our stuff back!

Return your overdue items. Bring a can of food for donation. No fines and no questions asked! *

Get your raffle ticket!
When you return overdue materials (OR take out a library item OR get a new library card), receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win a Kindle or gift baskets donated by Narragansett Beer, Suite Tarte and NY Systems.

All food donated will be given to our friends at the Rhode Island Community Food Bank.

* This does does not apply to fines that have gone to collections or that are owed to other libraries.

Come to our special FUN celebration at the end of Amnesty Week & on RI Library Day

  • What Cheer? Brigade performs at 12:30pm
  • Eric Fulford will entertain with his special blend of comedy, illustration and storytelling at 1:30pm
  • Raffle drawing 2:30pm

Hope Street retailers Blooming Blossoms, Kreatelier, J Marcel and Rhody Craft will give patrons 20 percent off purchases and there will be discounts for diners at the Punta Cana Bistro on Broad Street and the Suite Tart salon on the West Side. Festival Ballet Providence will give PCL cardholders a 20 percent discount on tickets to performances of Swan Lake at The VETS (April 29-May 1).
