A Musical Afternoon with Candida Rose

Music, light refreshments and a pre-holiday booksale. Enjoy songs from talented vocalist Candida Rose, accompanied by Yanni on piano, Joe Potenza on bass and George Correia on drums.

Holiday Crafts Extravaganza!

Join us for special crafts. Make and decorate your very own Christmas cards!

Smith Hill Annual Holiday Bazaar

Smith Hill Friend's fabulous annual event features a book and gift sale, raffles, warm clothing giveaway and a guest appearance by Santa.

Postcard Exchange
Thursday, December 6 & Thursday, December 13 3:30PM - 5:30PM
Rochambeau Library

Create seasonal postcards to exchange with young patrons of the Queens Library system in NYC. Write about favorite books, interests, the city and state and other things. The postcards will be displayed in Queens and children there will send postcards to us! Suitable for children 5+. Drop-in. 

Holiday Crafts & Gift Sale

Mount Pleasant Library

While the kids and teens make holiday cards and crafts, check out the selection of homemade baked goods, Sweenor's chocolate, jewlery and knit items. Excellent stocking stuffers!

Holiday Party and Talent Show

The fourth annual event on Prairie Avenue invites young people to show off their talents. If you can dance, sing, play an instrument or want to show off some other skill, you need to sign up with Miss Edilberta at the Library or call 401-467-2619 to take part in the contest. 

‘Twas the Night Before Christmas - Story Time with Santa!

Winter Evening Story Time

Miss Laken and Miss Sammi will read some winter themed books and serve hot chocolate. For children 3+. Drop-in.
