
Halloween is always a special time of year at PCL. This year, safety and social distancing considerations have shaped our programs but they are no less fun and creative than in previous years. And yes, we ARE offering some safe, in-person events - and even a few for adults.

Creature Feature Drawing Contest

Rochambeau Library

Halloween Takeaway Bags
Pick-up: October 13-17 during scheduled hours
South Providence Library
All elementary grade students are invited to come to South Providence Library between October 13 - 17 to collect TAKEAWAY BAGS filled with supplies to create Halloween crafts at home.
