Indian Cooking - an Ancient Art

Join Sanjiv Dhar for a program on the flavors and healing properties of Indian cuisine. Sanjiv will be cooking Carrot and Vegetable Thoran (Dices of carrots, green beans, cauliflower and sweet potatoes in a mustard, ginger, garlic and dry coconut tempering) and Khichdi (a mix of lentils and basmati rice with ghee and whole spices.)
Sanjiv Dhar is the owner of Kabob and Curry in Providence, Rasoi in Pawtucket and Rasa in East Greenwich. Come for a lively evening complete with a cooking demonstration and tastings! If you’re a foodie, this is not to be missed! Registration requested:
