The Providence Comics Consortium (PCC) started in 2010 as a series of comics workshops at the Providence Community Library, with a special emphasis on publishing DIY books that would be available for check out through the library system. Since then the PCC has created countless workshops, comic books, magazines, a novel and a book of short stories. Most recently the Consortium published "The Giant Book of Visionary Sketchbook Games."

These programs are made possible with financial support from Rhode Island State Council on the Arts (RISCA).
