PCL Celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month!

Join us as we celebrate the art, cultures and heritage of our vibrant and diverse Latinx communities during Hispanic Heritage Month (September 15 - October 15).

Here's a digest of the events happening at PCL locations, which include arts and crafts, cooking demonstrations, story times, creative writing and fun themes. While some are kids and teen events, others are suitable for all ages, including Olneyville's annual community celebration featuring food and dance on October 4.Check our online calendar of events and with your local library for program updates and SAVE THE DATE for Feria del Libro y las Artes de Providence, our exciting literary and arts festival at Providence College on November 9!

Latin American Arts & Crafts! (multiple dates)

Come join us as we celebrate Hispanic Heritage month by making and decorating traditional crafts from Latin America like paper maracas, masks, panpipes, Guatemala's Quetzal bird and other fun crafts.
