Join Farm Fresh Rhode Island in a program for 4-9 year olds and learn how to make delicious recipes that fuel a strong and active body. Participants will learn how to read and prepare a recipe and other easy steps to success in the kitchen. A chef will lead the group in making the ultimate in fit & tasty food. Recipes include power bars, smoothies and other sensational snacks that feature RI Grown fruits & vegetables. Participants will also enjoy fun, physical activities to put that fuel to good use.
