Mat Pilates Class Teen Program Ages 11 and up
Get in the game with this 45 minute Mat Pilates class that will strengthen and lengthen your muscles while creating a mind/body connection. During class you will move with flow while targeting posture, alignment, core strength, coordination, balance and flexibility. Not only will this class help you strengthen your body it will help you strengthen your mind by increasing concentration. Pilates is a great complement to all sports and helps decrease risk of injury. You will walk away from class feeling centered, strong and good from the inside out!
