Matt Garza leads a refreshing and rejuvenating Restorative Ashtanga Flow Yoga class that focuses on stability, flexibility, endurance, and relaxation for the body, mind, and soul.
All levels, from beginners to advanced, are welcome. Classes are free and open to the public. Please bring a yoga mat OR towel. If you have yoga blocks, a small blanket, or a pillow please feel free to bring, but they are not required.
