Falun Dafa Group Study & Exercise include reading the main book- " Zhuan Falun" (nine lectures) and learning & practice all the five Falun Dafa exercises.
1) Practice Falun Dafa exercise 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5.
2) Read the book Zhuan Falun, the Falun Dafa main book.
