Join Joann Ayuso for a four-session workshop for youth 8-13 years of age. Each class will include learning tools on how to identfy emotions, be present with the breath and stretch movements that are basic yoga movements, and will conclude with a healthy snack. Please note that registration is preferred for all four weeks, as each class builds upon the previous week - we don't want to leave anyone behind!
