Calling all 3rd-6th graders to be part of an all-day Scratch Hackathon, virtually, at the library!
For this event participants will create games & animations in Scratch, a free online coding platform.
In order to participate, students will need:
- A Scratch account - it's free! Sign up online here.
- Access to Google (you can use any device EXCEPT an i-Pad)
This all-day event will include a lunch break, snack break, stretching break, and an end of day showcase for kids to show off their work.
Students will work in teams of 2-3. You can sign up with a team or we'll help you find some coding pals!
